Britney Spears Looks Confused By All the Awards from VMAs

Britney Spears looked a little dazed and confused in the press room after she received a bunch of awards at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).



Some things may never change, but at least Brit Brit’s got her old body back for now. She looks great!
