Emma Watson was in attendance at the 2008 National Movie Awards

Gracing the red carpet with her presence, Emma Watson was on hand at the National Movie Awards 2008 at London's Royal Festival Hall on Monday (September 8).

Wearing a white Victorian style dress with a jewel embedded bust paired with matching studded peep-toe pumps, the "Harry Potter" starlet graciously posed for pictures and signed autographs for fans on her way inside.

In related news, Emma has been busily spending some of her growing fortune, as she recently was granted her money when she celebrated her 18th birthday.

Her newest purchase? A beautiful villa in France. Watson, who will be seen in the upcoming "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince," lived in the country until the age of five before she began her acting career.

Growing up in the country allowed Watson to learn to ski, which led her to use up $1 million dollars for a home at Meribel in the French Alps so that she has more time to hit the mountains.
