As part of her massive comeback effort, it seems Britney Spears is making an effort to connect with her younger fans. And this morning she dropped by John Philip Sousa Middle School in the Bronx borough of New York City to meet and greet students.
The "Gimme More" songstress looked bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as she sauntered around the school, sporting a navy blue v-neckline dress with brown high heels, posing with the police and signing autographs for the kids.
The pop star also presented the students with a $10,000 check via Elizabeth Arden, which is to be used as an endowment for the school's new music program.
In related news, earlier this week Brit's ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib came out to press with claims that he had a sex ta*e of himself and Spears, and that, for the right price, he'd consider selling it.
Ghalib stated, "There is such a tape, but I won't discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further."
But a source close to the "Piece of Me" singer told press, "The story is completely false."
