No doubt, opening of the Atlantis Resort in Dubai is one of the biggest glamour news of the year attended by a number of renowned celebrities along ‘Goddess of Atlantis’ Priyanka Chopra. Apart from Priyanka, other noted celebrities presented at the event were, Lindsay Lohan, Robert Deniro, Charlize Theron, etc.
At a recently held MTV second season launch Deepika Padukone was seen in totally different style and dress up with long hair almost reaching up to her waist while promoting her movie ‘Chandini Chowk to China’. MTV roadies is a reality show in which participants on “Hero Honda Karizma” travel through the different destinations on predetermined routes accomplishing various tasks and a person who till survives with a voting process till the end of the race is declared as winner possessing a 1 million rupee and a bike.

Her debut film ‘Jannat’ opposite Emraan Hashmi did fairly well at the box office and the girl definitely made her presence felt with the film. Talking about tall and sexy Sonal Chauhan not much has been on from her side post ‘Jannat’.
Now, Sonal is all set to win the hearts of her fans with her performance where she will be seen sharing the stage and performing alongside internationally acclaimed rockstar Bryan Adams at a gala event in January next year. The entire show has been organized by a leading jewellery company and this is the first time a mainstream Bollywood actress would be seen performing alongside a top international rockstar.
Do we need to mention here how excited Sonal is about performing with international star Bryan Adams?
Though the Salman and Katrina Kaif starer ‘Yuvvraaj’ released on theatres on November 21st yet for the Bollywood Stars movie had a special screening at Globus in Mumbai on the releasing day. It was a fiery end to Lakme fashion week in Mumbai where a number of celebrities walked on the ramp in designer outfits on the final day of the 2008 season. On the day, Celina Jaitely and Mandira Bedi were dressed up in designer outfits of Babita Malkani and Archana Kochhar. Where Anil Kapoor had a very interesting dress up designed by Kunal Rawal. Day 2 and 3 of lakme fashion week was overshadowed by none other than Sonam Kapoor!
The vivacious actress walked the ramp in pristine white, for the Levi’s collection by Tarun Tahiliani on the day 2 of Lakme Fashion Week.
Whereas, day 3 was a dedication to guys! Digvijay Singh attributed contemporary and chic look for boys. Sundry men’s wear by Dev R NIL was also highly applauded.
‘Nach Baliye 4’ is leaving no stones unturned to add more and more glamour and glitter to its show. Apart from convincing Karisma Kapoor to judge the show, the channel promises a special Diwali episode of the programme with Kareena Kapoor as well. So, get ready to watch the Kapoor sisters setting the stage afire on ‘Nach Baliye 4’ on October 25, 8 pm only on Star Plus. Kareena and Karisma will don the stunning outfits specially designed by Manisha Malhotra for this Diwali special episode of ‘Nach Baliye 4’. John-Bipasha relationship has come a long way facing all odds and experiencing their share of all ups and downs. As a gesture of love for his lady, John surprised Bips by gifting her an expensive Babouska bag from Gucci while they were holidaying in New York.
Bipasha was in New York to give company to John Abraham while he was there to shoot for Kabir Khan ’s film ‘New York’. While exploring the place, Bips came across one Babouska bag in a Gucci store, but she did not buy it because she she felt it was a bit too costly. John kept his lady’s heart and surprised her by gifting the same bag and that is a brown-and-gold coloured Gucci Babouska Medium Boston worth Rs 15 lakhs in Indian currency.
Now that’s what we call true love!!

Priyanka Chopra had to otherwise remain a bit competitive with her co actresses Kangana Ranaut and Mughda Godse due to their slimness in order to act in Madhur Bandarkar’s film ‘Fashion’. She was asked to lose 8 kgs however she managed to lose only 4 Kgs so far. And it equally was demand of the movie as Priyanka is playing the role of the model who is suffering from anorexia in which a person loses appetite and shed weight.
It was grand, grand and indeed a very grand premiere. Attended by an array of glittering stars, Goldie Behl directed film ‘Drona’ was premiered in a gala style in Mumbai.
The entire Bachchan clan was present at the occasion. Aishwarya Rai in a dazzling blue outfit with a perfect poise alongside hubby Abhishek, Big B with wife Jaya, Bollywood’s ‘Baadshah’ Shah Rukh Khan along with wife Gauri, Preity Zinta in a black saree, bubbly Priyanka in a short dress, Sonali Bendre, Sonam Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Adnan Sami, Neelam- the guest list seemed just endless.
Speaking on the occassion, Abhishek refused to tag ‘Drona’ as a super hero movie, and was hopeful that the audience would like it. He was happy that his entire family was present during the premiere and he was also thankful to his friends and other co-stars for being there.
Aishwarya agreed with Abhishek and said that she liked Abhishek’s work in the film, which she enjoyed. Ash said that Drona was more of a fantasy tale, which would be enjoyed by audiences of all ages, including children.
Big-B was impressed with the visual effects of the film and enjoyed watching it. When asked about the success of the film, Bachchan senior said that it was upto the audience to decide and he could not predict such outcomes. Shah Rukh wished for the movie’s success and hoped it to be as exciting as it promised to be
‘Drona’ has Abhishek playing a superhero and Priyanka Chopra playing his bodyguard. The film also stars Kay Kay Menon in a negative role of Riz Raizada and Jaya Bachchan is Queen Jayati, the mother of ‘Drona’.
