Aamir Khan - 6 different looks in one song

With every new venture Aamir Khan slips out something new and impressive out of his sleeves. First, his pumped up look in the promos of ‘Ghajini’ shocked everyone, then came his innovative way of promoting the film through net and now after his 6-pack abs, his 6 different looks in one song is creating news.

The song has Aamir woo his love Asin in six different costumes and six different hairstyles. This song called ‘Behka’ was shot in South Africa and took a good long 20 days and towards the culmination of the song, all six characters played by Aamir in the song come together on screen.

While the song has been conceptualized and choreographed by Ahmed Khan, the hair has been done by the renowned Avan Contractor and the costumes credit goes to Arjun Bhasin.

It was a fiery end to Lakme fashion week in Mumbai where a number of celebrities walked on the ramp in designer outfits on the final day of the 2008 season. Priyanka Chopra had to otherwise remain a bit competitive with her co actresses Kangana Ranaut and Mughda Godse due to their slimness in order to act in Madhur Bandarkar’s film ‘Fashion’. She was asked to lose 8 kgs however she managed to lose only 4 Kgs so far. What better way to ask people go vegetarian than have top model, popular VJ and Miss India Earth 2001 Shamita Singha lying “naked” on a bed of red chillies next to the tagline “Spice Up Your Life – Go Vegetarian”. Yes, this is the latest ad from the youth division of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals India (PETA) shot by ace photographer Dilip Bhatia for petaDishoom.

Speaking on the reason why she chose to spread this message, Shamita says, “I turned vegetarian when I was quite young because I realised that if I really loved animals, I could not eat them. … [Meat] is not healthy and not good for your body.”

When asked how she maintains her good looks and trim figure, Shamita replies, “I am a [vegetarian], and so I eat a lot of veggies, salads and fruits, and those foods are alive, so I am alive! And in terms of working out, I get all my energy from veggies and fresh stuff.”

Love weaving magic with Kareena Kapoor

The two love birds can’t seem to get enough of each other, so much so that even snow and storm cannot keep them apart. With Kareena to be in Ladakh for the shoot of Rajkumar Hirani’s film ‘3 Idiots’ with ‘Aamir Khan’, Saif Ali Khan had plaaned to surprise his lady love, but then due to bad weather all flights to Leh were canceled. Not the one to throw his hand up, Chhote Nawab flew to Srinagar, hoping to hit the road from thereon. One the other end, with the shoot cancelled, Bebo, too, traveled by road to meet Saif somewhere midway.

Finally, the lovers met at a lodge in Kargil, where Saif managed to make the birthday memorable for Bebo with a small party in the evening and an adorable cake.
